Who Drives the Mission

  • Dominick Harris

    FOUNDER

    Dominick is the founder of Reset Point, which started in the first year of the world's Covid 19 pandemic. He was one of the many unfortunate individuals to lose their way during this world event, which led to him dedicating himself to creating life changing opportunities for others. Dominick's role is to manage Reset Point's leaders. Dominick's experiences in managing nationwide projects and directing resources for global citizens undergoing professional life transitions are being utilized to bring about his vision of a strong, purpose-driven community. In his spare time, Dominick finds himself bowling, reading, and cooking.

  • Michael Diaz

    Director of Operations

    Michael Diaz was an entrepreneur even before he knew he was. It is through years of work experience, ranging from small local businesses to various powerhouse Fortune 500 companies, that afforded him the opportunity to learn indispensable leadership and transferable job skills. Ultimately, leading him to his role as the Director of Operations & Partnerships with Reset Point. What differentiates Michael from other industry leaders is his discipline to his craft no matter the task. He has a no quit attitude that is a major driving force to all those around him. Combine that with his ability to communicate information while simultaneously creating meaningful relationships and you will soon come to realize why he is a pleasure to partner with.

  • Jamal Royster

    Director of Development and Acquisitions

    Jamal is a driven professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, AGILE development, and user experience. An ardent advocate for user research, he prioritizes understanding the needs and preferences of end-users. He derives satisfaction from leveraging their feedback in future iterations to optimize their experiences. Here at Reset Point, Jamal is focused on providing human-centric solutions to help families how they want to be helped. In doing so, he hopes to fulfill his purpose to tackle two of the biggest problems plaguing our country, housing and support for the unhoused and at-risk community. In his spare time, he loves listening to audiobooks, eating well with loved ones and writing his own stories.
